NEW GYM PROTOCOLS
Dear 374 family,
As we’re sure many of you are aware, the mandatory closure of non-essential businesses has come to an end. Businesses are now permitted, though not required, to reopen to the public, with some restrictions. We are happy to announce that 374 MMA will be reopening Friday, June 5th. 374 MMA has taken every precaution necessary, with guidance from Health Canada, Public Health, and the Federal and Provincial Governments to ensure that nobody gets sick while training with us. Although we have taken every necessary precaution and will continue to do so, every person training with us has an individual responsibility in making sure we prevent the spread of COVID-19. Everyone must do their part, respect the new gym rules, and use common sense when taking part in our classes. Conscious noncompliance will result in immediate removal from the premises.

Though we can control gym rules and manage the way people act, we cannot test every person coming into the gym. 374 MMA will not be held accountable if anyone falls ill while training within our building. Rest assured; we are doing everything we can to make sure nobody gets sick. Please be patient with staff and other members while we all try to navigate these new rules and restrictions put in place for your health and safety.
We really look forward to seeing everyone who can make it come back to our classes and can’t wait to see your smiles and offer you all one in return.
Sincerely,
Your 374 team
